S7RAT3 / TERMS
Terms of Service.
In plain words.
These terms cover using stratapms.com and signing up for StrataPMS early access. We’ve kept them as short and plain as we can.
Agreeing to these terms
StrataPMS is made by DCV Systems, a company in Oregon, USA. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean DCV Systems. “You” means you, and the park you sign up for.
By using this website or signing up for early access, you agree to these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a park, you’re confirming you’re allowed to. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Early access is pre-release software
Early access means using StrataPMS before its full release. It’s still being built, so features may change, move or go away, and some things may not work the way you expect.
- Your free trial lasts 30 days from the day your park’s account opens. Signing up doesn’t commit you to buy anything.
- After those 30 days, a paid subscription is needed to keep using StrataPMS. A separate agreement between your park and us, our Master Subscription Agreement, covers the subscription.
- You can stop using early access at any time.
- We may change, pause or end early access. When we can, we’ll give you notice first.
Please keep your own records. Until you’re confident in StrataPMS, keep your current system and your own backups running alongside it.
No warranties
Because early access is pre-release, we can’t make promises about it. This website, early access and the free trial are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In plain words: we don’t promise that the site or StrataPMS will always be available, free of errors or right for your park, or that data will never be lost.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DCV Systems isn’t liable for any damages or losses that arise from your use of this website, early access or the free trial. That includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential and punitive damages, and lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
Where the law doesn’t allow us to exclude liability completely, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for StrataPMS in the 12 months before the claim. For this website, early access and the free trial, that’s nothing.
In plain words: you use this site, early access and the free trial at your own risk. Some places don’t allow limits like these, so they may not all apply to you.
Acceptable use
Please use this site and StrataPMS the way they’re meant to be used. Don’t:
- break the law, or use StrataPMS to do something illegal;
- try to get into accounts, systems or data you’re not allowed to access;
- overload, disrupt or try to break this site or StrataPMS;
- send spam, malware or anything harmful through our forms or email;
- pretend to be someone else, or sign up for a park you don’t represent; or
- copy, resell or reverse engineer StrataPMS, except where the law allows it.
If someone breaks these rules, we may suspend or end their access. If you find a security problem, please tell us at hello@stratapms.com rather than testing it further.
Your data stays yours
The information your park puts into StrataPMS, like your guests, stays, rates and records, belongs to your park, not to us.
You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run and support StrataPMS for your park. We don’t sell it. We handle your guests’ personal information on your park’s behalf, as our Privacy Policy explains.
Our content and trademarks
This website and StrataPMS, including the software, text, images, video and design, belong to DCV Systems or to the people we license them from. You’re welcome to read the site and share links to it. Reusing our content for anything else needs our permission, except where the law allows it.
S7RAT3 (StrataPMS) and our logos are our trademarks. Please don’t use them in a way that suggests we’re connected with you or endorse you, unless we’ve agreed to it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as StrataPMS grows. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the site or early access after that, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Oregon, USA, govern these terms.
If a problem comes up, please email us first. We’d much rather sort it out together. If we can’t, any court case will be handled in the state or federal courts in Oregon.

Everything else
- If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If your park signs a separate agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.
- Parks that subscribe are also covered by our Master Subscription Agreement, Data Processing Addendum and Service Level and Support Policy. Our Subprocessor List and Security Overview names the companies that help us run StrataPMS and describes how we protect customer data.
- If we don’t enforce part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
