S7RAT3 / HELPERS

Helpers with
personality.

Fifteen AI helpers, each with its own character and voice. Pick one, and it works beside you inside Strata. It answers from your park’s live data, shows new staff how things are done, and does the work too: it changes dates, moves and extends stays, cancels, and emails guests. Every change comes to you as a card to confirm first.

In a demo, tap Voice and ask Willow out loud.

WHAT THEY DO /

Four ways to work.
One helper.

A colleague,
not a chatbot.

Your helper lives inside Strata, so it can look things up, lay out options and prepare the work. It uses the same screens, rules and permissions your staff do.

01

Help

Ask in plain words: who’s arriving today, what’s open this weekend, how this month compares with last year. New at the desk? Ask how to do something, and it walks you through it. Answers come from your live park data as tables and reports.

Then hand it the work. It changes dates, moves a stay to another site, extends it, edits the details, sets requests, and cancels, sending the cancellation email. It resends confirmations, emails receipts and notes to guests, and builds a new reservation with you step by step. Every change arrives as a card you confirm first.

02

Listen

On the phone with a guest? Switch to Listen. Your helper stays silent, searches availability while the guest talks, keeps track of what you still need to ask, and lays out options you can book in one click.

ON A CALL
03

Learning

Show it how your park handles something: late arrivals, seasonal regulars, the odd edge case. It turns that into a playbook, just for you or, once approved, for the whole team.

TEACH
04

Voice

Talk instead of type. Your helper answers out loud in its own voice, even in a noisy room, and the details land on screen where you can read them.

ON YOUR BOOKING SITE /

Guests get help too.
Fewer of them call.

Your booking site has a guide of its own, and so does My Stay. Guests ask about your park and what’s open, and it finds a site that fits their rig and takes them to checkout. It talks, too: guests tap Talk to ask out loud, or Read aloud to hear the answer. The question that used to be a phone call gets answered on the spot. Try it on the demo park’s booking site: try StrataPMS.

IN YOUR HANDS /

Powerful help.
Your rules.

A helper can only see and do what the person using it is allowed to. It prepares the work; people make the decisions.

  • Sees only what that staff member’s role allows
  • Nothing changes without your confirmation, and every change is recorded
  • Card numbers and passwords never go to the AI
  • What it learns stays with your park
  • Each park runs in its own separate space

ABOUT YOUR GUESTS /

Useful to your team.
Careful with your guests.

Helpers use guest details only to answer your staff’s questions, within each person’s permissions. Payment details and passwords never reach the AI, and what your helper learns stays with your park.
