What happens to our existing records?+
Export them from your current system. Strata brings over guest and stay history, deposits and open balances. Firefly imports are built in; for other systems, send us the exports and we’ll help.
Can we try an import before we sign up?+
Yes. Agree to the short demo terms and we’ll email you a login. Open it, pick a role, and bring a Firefly export into your own private copy of Horizon Ridge, or use the sample export. Nobody else sees your copy, and it’s erased when you’ve been away for a few minutes.
How do we know the balances agree?+
Compare source totals with imported history and operating records. A successful file upload isn’t proof. Reconciliation is.
Do we need a consultant on site?+
Usually no. Guided setup covers the day-to-day. If you hit a wall, ask at hello@stratapms.com and we’ll answer the question.
