StrataPMS was built because the software parks run on kept failing the people who use it. Here’s why.

I created StrataPMS because the software RV parks run on was failing the people who use it.
I got tired of financial reports that didn’t add up, tired of good employees struggling because the system was too hard to learn, and tired of guests complaining that a reservation portal was hard to use.
Everything on the market failed to deliver what a park needs. Each one was too complicated, too outdated, didn’t make the guest experience any easier, or was far too expensive to justify.
So StrataPMS was born out of necessity. A single father and Army veteran, with a background in IT and small business ownership, I went to work.
StrataPMS is built by DCV Systems in Oregon.
