S7RAT3 / THE PLATFORM

Everything the park
runs on.

Most park software is a reservation book. Strata runs the whole campground: the desk, the guests, the store, long-term sites, the money and the daily close, in one system your team can learn fast.
Every screen below is Strata running Horizon Ridge, our fictional demo park, and a demo lets you try each one yourself.

No commitments, no sign-ups. Your own private copy of the park.

OPERATIONS /

A desk a new hire
can run.

The day starts on one screen: who’s arriving, who’s leaving, who still owes, and what needs doing. The park map is your park from above, and each occupied pad shows the guest’s own kind of rig: a trailer, a van, a tent. Tap a site for its stays, when it’s free, and what you can do next. Find a site that fits the rig by length, slides and hookups, check them in, and move on.

Drag a stay on the grid to move it, or block a site for maintenance in seconds. When someone isn’t sure how, they ask their helper. It knows the screens and your park, and it can make the change for you to confirm.

ON A PHONE /

The whole desk
fits in a pocket.

Every staff screen works on a phone. Tabs sit along the bottom, your helper is one tap away in the middle, and the phone’s back button closes whatever you opened. Walk the park with the map in your hand, or answer a guest from the gate.

The helper opens as a sheet from the bottom. Ask out loud or type, and it answers from the park’s live data.

GUESTS /

Guests help themselves.
The phone rings less.

Your booking site is built for a phone. Guests pick a site on your park map that fits their rig, one or several, and pay online. They sign in to My Stay with their email and a link, and see every stay they have with you. They pay the balance, add nights, check in on arrival day and check out, cancel within your policy, and keep their profile current: how to reach them, their rig, the vehicle at the gate, an emergency contact, and anything the park should know. If something’s wrong at the site, they report it, and it reaches maintenance as a work order.

The park guide answers questions on the booking site and in My Stay, and it talks: guests tap Talk to ask out loud, or Read aloud to hear the answer. Behind the desk, every guest has one profile: visits, household, rigs, tags and notes.

MONEY /

Numbers that agree.
Every time.

Every payment, refund, store sale and adjustment traces back to the stay or sale that caused it, so the reports never disagree with the books. End of Day puts what should be in the drawer next to what you counted.

The income statement and balance sheet tie out to the cent. Your bookkeeper gets a workspace of their own, and QuickBooks exports carry it all over. No re-keying, and no report you have to fix by hand.

End of Day: money in by card and cash, revenue on the books, tax held, and the park tonight

THE WHOLE PARK /

Not a reservation manager.
A campground system.

Beyond
the reservation.

A campground runs far more than a calendar. These run in Strata too, on the same records and the same books, so nothing lives in a spreadsheet on the side.

The camp store

Ring up firewood, ice and merchandise at the desk. Gift cards and store sales land on the same books as the stays.

Monthly and long-term guests

Rent schedules, electric meter reads and utility billing for guests who stay the season.

Maintenance and sites

Work orders, equipment and parts, schedules, who’s on call, and a work log. A problem a guest reports in My Stay arrives as a work order. Block a site for repairs, and keep each site’s real length, slide clearance and hookups on its card.

Groups and the waitlist

Book a rally across several sites in one go, and match waitlisted guests when a site opens up.

The daily close

End of Day shows each payment by tender, expected against counted, and closes the day once it is reviewed.

Weather and alerts

A seven-day forecast, air quality, and weather service alerts for your park, right on the dashboard.
