What is hibernation?+
The seven months outside May through September. The rate is half the in-season rate, and the system stays live, so guests can still book ahead.
What does a year cost?+
Five in-season months plus seven hibernation months. For example, Outpost 1 (46–85 sites) is 5 × $499 + 7 × $249 = $4,238.
How many AI helper actions are included?+
1,000 every month, on every tier. More are $50 per additional 1,000. Included actions reset each month; unused actions don’t carry over or earn credit.
Is there a fee for guests?+
No. There is no guest fee at checkout.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. The 30-day trial runs on your park’s own data, with no setup fee.
What if my park has more than 1,500 sites?+
A park above 1,500 sites is quoted. Email hello@stratapms.com with the number of sites.
What happens when the trial ends?+
After the 30 days, a paid subscription is needed to keep using StrataPMS. Our Master Subscription Agreement covers it. Support and availability terms are in our Service Level and Support Policy.
