# StrataPMS

Strata is campground and RV park management software: one system for the front desk, guests, the camp store, long-term sites, the money and the daily close.

## What it does

- Front desk dashboard, an aerial park map that shows each guest’s kind of rig, and a drag-and-drop reservation grid
- Find a site by rig length, slide-outs and hookups
- Guest booking on a phone, picking a site on the park map, and My Stay accounts with an email sign-in link
- Self check-in kiosk
- Camp store and gift cards
- Monthly and long-term guests with rent and metered electric
- End of Day close, income statement and balance sheet that tie out to the cent
- QuickBooks exports and a bookkeeper workspace
- Groups, waitlist and site blocks
- Maintenance: work orders, equipment and parts, schedules, who is on call, and guest problem reports
- Every staff screen works on a phone
- AI helpers with their own personalities and voices that answer from live park data and change stays once a person confirms
- Firefly import, including the money in its reports

## Parks on Strata

- Each park's booking site works on a phone. Guests pick a site on the park map that fits their rig and pay online, then sign in to My Stay with their email and a link to see every stay, pay the balance, add nights, check in and out, cancel within the park's policy, keep their profile current, and report a problem to maintenance.
- Each park's booking site has a page for search engines and AI assistants at /park and a summary at /llms.txt, with a link format that opens straight to open sites for given dates.

## Pricing

Priced by the size of the park, in tiers with two levels each. In-season months are May through September; the other seven months are hibernation, at half the in-season rate. Monthly rates in US dollars, as in season / hibernation / the year (five in-season months plus seven hibernation months):

- Trailhead 1, 1–25 sites: $299 / $149 / $2,538
- Trailhead 2, 26–45 sites: $399 / $199 / $3,388
- Outpost 1, 46–85 sites: $499 / $249 / $4,238
- Outpost 2, 86–125 sites: $599 / $299 / $5,088
- Basecamp 1, 126–200 sites: $699 / $349 / $5,938
- Basecamp 2, 201–300 sites: $849 / $425 / $7,220
- Summit 1, 301–450 sites: $999 / $499 / $8,488
- Summit 2, 451–600 sites: $1,149 / $575 / $9,770
- Resort 1, 601–800 sites: $1,299 / $649 / $11,038
- Resort 2, 801–1,500 sites: $1,499 / $749 / $12,738
- Above 1,500 sites: quoted.

Included in every tier: the full suite (booking engine, kiosk, work orders, double-entry accounting and staff tools); 1,000 AI helper actions every month (more are $50 per additional 1,000; included actions reset each month, and unused actions don't carry over or earn credit); no guest fee at checkout; no setup fee; a 30-day trial on the park's own data; and hibernation keeps the system live for advance bookings.
